I ... don't know if I convinced him, actually. He might've just said he'd do it so that I'd get on with my work. But it's the least I can do, right? Before I'm in a position to tell him the truth. It'll make her happy, seeing him, even if it's only going to be a few days. And he looks ... distracted. Spending a few days away from all of this might do him some good.
Right, back to work before Nealla checks on me again. Maybe I should convince her to convince Desmund to return home. He'd listen to her.
